POLLENÇA
North Light
Open to the bay on three sides, and full of the light people move to this island for.

Inside
A painter owned it, which tells you what to expect. The main room takes the north light all day and never glares, so it is still comfortable at four in the afternoon in July. The bedrooms sit at the back and are properly dark, which means nobody is woken at six. There is a view as well, but the light is what you will talk about afterwards.

WHAT IT COSTS
€12,000PER WEEK
Room for 8, in 4 bedrooms. Staying a few nights rather than a week? Those are €1,950 a night — and if your stay comes close to a week, you pay the weekly rate instead, whichever works out kinder. Pick your dates and you will see the real total before you send anything.
Tourist licence (ETV) — not set. A real listing may not be advertised in the Balearics without one.
Come and stay
Everything open is on this calendar, at the real price, right now — no writing in to find out a week has gone. Choose your days, see the exact total, and tell us you are coming. A person who knows this house answers you, within one business day.
